  Quebec with 2 distinct services:
  Light Therapy Division: Orientations Nova
  Video Therapy Division: Nova Tips

  We provide our customers the choice of being served in English or in French.

  Our team offers over 30 years of practical experience in
  teaching physical fitness and wellness programs.  Over the
  years our door has always been open to researching new or
  improved products and services that are helpful towards living
  longer, healthier and happier lives.

Light Therapy Division

We are proud to inform you that Orientations NOVA merged with Nova MegaFitness Inc. in April 2009. This new light therapy division, Orientations Nova, offers exclusively The Litebook Elite for personal bright light therapy. We are now the official Litebook distributor for retailers in Quebec and the Maritime provinces. We will also continue to serve Canadian consumers from coast to coast.

The Litebook is the new generation in light therapy; an innovative device that provides relief from seasonal affective disorder (SAD), depression, as well as many other medical conditions.

Video Therapy Division

We are excited about our brand new video therapy division...
It's in development right now and we are working very hard to get helpful and informative products and services ready for launch in 2010.
