Privacy Statement

We are committed to respecting the personal privacy of individuals who visit any divisions of Nova MegaFitness Inc. web sites:

Nova MegaFitness Inc. and its divisions do not automatically gather any personal information from you, such as your name, phone number, email or street address during your visit to our web sites. This information is only obtained if you supply it voluntarily, usually through contacting us via email, or registering in a secure part of the site. When you submit sensitive information, such as your credit card number, our secure servers protect confidentiality by using 128-bit secure socket layer (SSL) encryption to code the information.

The information is not disclosed to anyone except our employees who need the information to respond to a request. We do not use the information to create individual profiles, nor do we disclose the information to any party unless it's required to process an order.

Our web servers do not use any methods to collect personal data about visitors to our web sites. The servers are aware of a visitor's ISP (Internet service provider), but this gives us no information of any kind about the individual user.

Nova MegaFitness Inc and its divisions do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others!

Shipping Policy

Our light therapy products can be sent to any destination in Canada or the United States.

Inventory items sent from Amos or Pointe-Claire (Quebec, Canada) to any North American destination are shipped through Canada Post. Delivery takes from 2 to 7 business days (Canada) or 5 to 15 business days (USA), determined by the province/state of destination. A signature may be required to take possession of products.

Delivery of products sent directly from the manufacturer to any North American destination usually takes from 5 to 15 business days.

International handling fee (Light Therapy Products ONLY):

International orders carry additional exportation costs therefore an international handling fee will be charged for all shipments to destinations outside of Canada:

• $15.00 per shipment, to the United States;
  
• To be determined, for shipments to all other countries.

Shipping restrictions:

In compliance with insurance coverage stipulations we have developed special packaging for the shipment of all 24 inch or 48 inch fluorescent tubes under our transporter's supervision. This restricts us to ship a minimum of 4 tubes per box.

Refund Policy

Please, DO NOT return a product directly to Nova MegaFitness Inc., Orientations Nova or À Clair Jour... follow the instructions below and contact us.

A refund is usually the purchase price paid for a product plus any applicable sales tax.
Most of the time the shipping & handling fees are indicated separately on your invoice and they are not refundable.

If you pay for a product at a special price that includes shipping & handling fees, the amount of the refund is determined by deducting the appropriate shipping & handling fees from the product's special price. The Litebook is a perfect example of this. Please consult the Non refundable Shipping & Handling Fee Table to see the exact amount that is not refundable for a corresponding product.

• The Litebook® Elite carries a special 60-day money back guarantee with NO restocking fees.
  (Note: If you purchased your Litebook during our $199 Special - We deduct $26 to cover original shipping & handling costs therefore the total amount of your refund will be $173 plus applicable taxes.)
  
  
• All other light products carry a 30-day money back guarantee with NO restocking fees.
  
  
• Shipping & handling fees are not refundable!
  
  
• Electronic products, such as downloaded e-books, are not refundable!
  
  
• Consultations and other services are refundable under the terms specified by contract.

Our refund policy is automatically effective from the date of purchase.
Exception: When you place your order and declare the date the product will be given as a gift, our refund policy covers the product from the declared date instead of the date of purchase.

INSTRUCTIONS: Send your refund request to the appropriate product division stating the product you wish to return or exchange, your name, invoice number and telephone number. (See Contact Us)

Each request is processed, an authorization number is issued and return instructions are sent out within 24 hours.

The products must be shipped prepaid to the address stated in the return instructions and the authorization number must be indicated clearly on the package. The customer is responsible for the products and any damage caused to them during transport to us. We highly recommend using the original packaging.

Upon receipt of authorized returns we will issue a refund within 24 hours or ship requested replacement products within 2 business days.
